PROBLEM: Door sticks or does not open smoothly.

Every unit is tested before shipping to insure that the unit works properly.

CAUSE: Binding is usually caused by one or more of the following reasons:

• Installation hole is too small.
• If the unit has been painted, there is paint between the doorand the door frame.

SOLUTION:

• Non-painted cabinet: Simple fix; Use a piece of 40-60 grit sandpaper and carefully sand the top corners of the door. Sand a bit and try closing it. Repeat until there is smooth operation
• Painted cabinet: Look carefully at the edges of the door and door frame. It there is any paint use 40-60 grit sandpaper to remove repeat until door operates smoothly.

PROBLEM: Gaps between the Brush Away trim and wall

CAUSE: Wall is not flat.

SOLUTION: Painters latex caulk will for fill the gap. Smooth caulk and allow to dry. Paint if necessary.
